Now Offering Online Therapy Across British Columbia

I'm excited to share that I am now offering virtual therapy to clients throughout British Columbia.

Whether you live in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Nanaimo, Prince George, or a smaller community, you can now access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

As a Registered Psychologist, I know that finding the right therapist can be challenging. In many parts of British Columbia, waitlists can be long, and it isn't always easy to find someone whose approach feels like the right fit. Virtual therapy makes it possible to connect with a psychologist who understands your concerns, without being limited by geography.

Who I Work With

I work primarily with adults who are struggling with:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Low self-esteem and self-worth

  • Relationship challenges

  • Attachment wounds and childhood trauma

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions and identity concerns

  • Asian mental health

Many of the people I work with are high-achieving individuals who appear to have everything together on the outside but privately struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others.

My Approach

Therapy isn't about simply managing symptoms; it's about understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy and mindfulness and attachment-focused approaches. Together, we'll explore the emotions, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others, so you can begin creating lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more secure in yourself and your relationships.

Is Online Therapy Effective?

Research consistently shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns.

Many clients also appreciate the convenience of virtual sessions. There's no commute, no need to rush across the city after work, and you can attend therapy from a private space that feels comfortable to you.

Now Accepting Clients Across British Columbia

If you've been considering therapy but haven't found the right fit locally, I'd be honoured to support you.

I offer virtual therapy for adults throughout British Columbia and Ontario, helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

If you'd like to learn more or see whether we're a good fit, I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation. It's an opportunity to ask questions, share what you're looking for, and decide whether working together feels right for you.
